    One of my friend In USA

    and they have many shops

    now he need to Apply for Paypal business account from USA

    so what document they need to submit to USA paypal company ?

    Your friend will be prompted to supply the info when the account is created.

    There's not much point in asking you to find out, they might as well dive in and get going. If your friend really is in the USA and really does have "many shops" then coming up with the paperwork will be a cinch.
