USA based Paypal Account

    Yes offcourse u need a us bank account....otherwise it is not possible to open a us based bank account....

    You do not need a bank account to OPEN a U.S. PayPal account; however, if you want to VERIFY your account, then you will need a U.S. bank account with your name on it.

    Paypal is lot more stricter with the US based Paypal accounts and on just an iota of suspicion, it will limit the account for want of address proof! :(
    So be ready with such a document, if you intend to use it for a long while. :)

    Offcourse you need us bank account added or verify if you create US based paypal account.

    To verify adequate PayPal can use Credit Card, or the Payoneer Debit Card (member master card group).
    I have Payoneer debit card (master card group), only because I am a new member in DP, can not send you directly to the PM, how about if you submit your e-mail,OK? I do explain it, guaranteed free of charge .-

    Don try to open a USA paypal account if you r outside USA.U will got freezed and it will very difficult to make it unfreezed when u r unable to manage the papers that u r a american.If it is possible to manage papers to prove the nationality for u then look for an USA account.

    well it is all about netspend

    just register on www.netspend.com and use some fake US address and you will get US account for veryfing your PayPal.

    be careful as some people still are selling method but it was actual 6 months ago.
