    just i magine some one sending people to be scammed.. some sending people to go to paypalvcc.com... please beware of that site.... the best way to verify and a research term online is to add the word scam or fraud after the search term... do that and see for urself

    I don't know what country you are in but you should be able to Google what you are looking for and find out. I live in the U.S. and I do know that I can open a bank account in other countries through some of the banks here. For example, I can open an account in Switzerland through a bank in Florida. Hope this helps.

    If you want to do it officially then contact US banks directly you may call them or send an email. Don't waste your time no one will disclose the information.) It's like highly confidential and proprietary.) and don't pay for the information it may be fraud as well. Just call the bank you like and explain your need.

    Otherwise ask someone to open a bank account on his name for you, it's a second but it's not official way.)

    Your best bet in my opinion is to call a bank in the US and ask how to go about opening an account for a non resident. Be proactive and you will either find somewere that will do it or will at least point you in the right direction. NEVER pay for the information on how to go about doing this, it should be free. Don't get scammed.

    Google search provides nothing. I tried it myself and came up with nothing but crappy sales pages.
