    accentbanking.com

you get a us bank account and visa debit card.

I use them to receive xx,xxx's per month from various ad networks.
They're legit but you might find them a tag bit expensive if you're dealing with small funds.

Another good and cheaper option is Payoneer.com
Signup at one of their partners, receive the card, receive 10 payments, then email and ask nicely to be let in to the Virtual Account beta.

Those look like guides. I think he's looking for a real account with a real account number and everything.

Yes. The accent account is not virtual. You get a single bank account with account number and routing number.

I'm not sure how Payoneer works, but I think they have some sort of master account thing setup. But they DO work with Adsense and Paypal (for receiving deposits), etc.

Why don't you the payoneer option when that is so much cheaper considering the amount of money you receive ??

Works out cheaper and is less of a hassle for me. Plus, there's more withdrawal options and there's no limits besides 100 minimum balance.

Secondly, you can use the Payoneer account fully with Paypal. There was talk a while ago about paypal banning payoneer bank accounts. I don't know if they were. But you can't send payments with it.
