US vpn accounts for USA PP

    Does anyone here know any websites - trusted of course, that offer static US vpn accounts for nominal prices.

    requirement - it should work without issues when I open my USA PP account.

    I think its very risky to open US paypal acount using VPN...

    Hi,

    There are a number of people who use US vpn services to open and do business with PP. I have not seen any replies from any member here at all.Some help required here, from people who are already using the services.

    Are these reliable vpn's. HAs anyone tried using these in the past for PP and not have had any issues. Because I do not want to limit my PP account based upon ip, becos I have read a lot of horror stories about this

    VPN's and paypal are a very risky team, paypal have alot of knowledge about them and try preventing people using them....

    you need to use static ip if the location is changed then your account will be blocked .. if you use texas dynamic or static then maintain that ip as long as you use that paypal account ..

    its not allowed in paypal and you will have your account limited if they catch you
    anyway you can use this vpn service

    Elite Proxies work wonders on eBay, i currently have around 15 PP/eBay accounts, and am soon upgrading to around 40. I only pay around 100 usd per month for 40 different IP ADDRESSES.

    O, and unbeatable...a lot of things PAYPAL does is NOT ALLOWED by USA LAW, but they get away with it! (i mean for God's sake, they are being investigated by the IRS/US gov/CA gov/and prob more)!!!
