I don't know exactly how to bring us traffic and UK traffic. But to my site visitors come from google. Most of them are from us and uk. So i think search engines are the best to get from us and uk.
If you're writing content that appeals to US/UK audiences, search engines will do most of the work for you. It really helps to have a US-based site (hosting/domain name), too. On the other hand, if you're mostly blogging about regional stuff that's not of interest to US-based folks, you're probably not going to do well with respect to ad earnings.
I think the best way to bring traffic from the countries you expect is through search engines. so please build more back links for your targeted keywords.

Can only agree with the Hessein, Try getting some english content for the google/msn crawlers so they can index you too for that. Shouldn't be that hard, and if that fails there is always AdWords of course.
Actually you don't want traffic from Facebook and Myspace and all social nets. Does't convert well, at all i would say.

Just try writing most of your content in english, make sure is is high quality and stuff that interests western peoples. If it doesn't interest Western People, you most likely won't have them visiting your site. Also make sure your site is SEO to get more hits from google, yahoo, etc. Get those spider bots roaming.

What is niche subject? May be that your server is based on middle east. Hope that your site subject attracts mainy from egypt and so on. submit your sites more search engines and see
What language is your website in? where is the location of your hosting? what domain extensions are you using?
