Now that is a huge problem. I know that India and China are dumping grounds for processes and labor practices that we outlawed here over 80 years ago.

It's a shame that the Indian government hasn't held this corporation accountable in international court.

 

I am curious as well. International law is the one place that reliance on moral suasion - ex aequo et bono, over reliance on international agreements or statutes - has sway. If anything, this is a case where such a juridical means is surely applied.
