I am giving you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you only signed up for a US Paypal account because you are residing in the US. If so, just go down to your local bank and open a bank account and add it to Paypal. it is that simple.

If you signed up using fake details then do not do anything further. Just close the account and sign up using real information.

The reason why Paypal requires a US Bank account to verify your account is to determine that you are truly from the US. Misrepresenting yourself would be a serious breach of your contractual agreement with Paypal, enough to get your account limited.

I don't understand. If you are not from the US, you are NOT ALLOWED to open a US Paypal account. That is why Paypal provides a list of supported countries with different features. If your country is not listed then you are NOT allowed to sign up for an account with paypal. It is not like because your country is not allowed then that give you the license to cheat and ignore the terms and conditions.

You will end up with a load of problem if you decide to proceed as you will surely get limited. Paypal is smarter than you.

You can sign up with Moneybookers.com, They offer similar service, They have more countries covered under them, I am sure you would not be able to find a U.S bank account to verify your PayPal, I heard Payoneer has recently started a virtual U.S bank account but the same is in Beta stage and is only available to selected members

I know a way to get one for 60$. Its not really a permanent bank account because that is impossible to get online but it will pass the paypal verification for you. Also I know how to get a verified paypal without bank account.

PM me if interested, otherwise just ignore. :p

Though i recommend you sign up with correct details when creating a paypal account ( you can get limited and may need to provide documents ). When it launches you'll be able to get one for $100US.

I think it's pretty obvious to get a US bank account you can go to any bank in the US - if you aren't from the US then you shouldn't have signed up as a US citizen in the first place. If PayPal isn't allowed your country, too bad. Life isn't fair

PayPal sucks, even legit accounts have had problems there

ignore those posts that tell you to forget about your money

by the way how much is it?

here is the key to working with PayPal, always try to hold less than 100$ in it, it's not worth their time to look into it, if they do in the end they will be losing large amounts of money for just trying

lol I did what you do before, lucky I don't have much funds in the US account.
You can getting support to move your funds to a new account, but the process was really complicated, they might ask your ID card or everything they want.
Lastly PayPal signup page pretty sucks, I don't even know I was select US when I signup.
