US Paypal Verification under my Relative name

I need expert suggestion:

- I have relative in usa to open a paypal account using thier mailing address and bank account details ( one of them live here but can go anytime there.)


- How can i change his status to travelling ?

- What sort of documents do i need for US Paypal Verification?

- And how do u verify us paypal account

better u can call them ask them about this so that they give you better info

and tell about them the person going to signup will be one travelling most of the time

 

- People generally call Paypal to inform them of their travelling plans and from which country he/she intend to access his/her account.
- A copy of the utility bill in the name of account holder... clearly showing the address which matches to that mentioned in the Paypal account.
- With a US bank account.

Why Credit card verification is must for US Paypal Account?

 

There are other methods also to verify PP

 

They do offer Paypal debit card ..... right so we do not need regular debit/credit card ( which come with bank ac )

 

To verify u need both Credit Card and Bank account for US paypal

 

And the one i am talking about is only for withdrawing money?

 

You can verify US paypal via US bank account and apply for paypal debit card.
