    In the beginning it is, just supply it with made up information. Then a few months later they want some type of ID or SSN. So unless you have one of those then no. Its only short lived.

    You can attach a US bank account to you paypal account,but not fake your ID/address as US

    Address is verifying by uploading utilities bill. If you can have one somehow, you can have the proof.
