    Sorry, NL server was rebooted as an unknown failure occured.

    chron, we are almost in progress on moving the US server soon.

    and for the NL server, we will be looking for a new server soon when we receive more clients, our WHMCS has had alot of problems and people owe us almost 120$ in payments.

    I´ve some problems with the master reseller hosting i cant create any host packages in the WHM control panel if you cant guarantee good hosting services i want my money back.

    You wont get anything back, after not being able to log into my cpanel for a month and them closing every support ticket I made without answering the question they said they do not offer refunds.

    Well, I have personally asked for a refund in the USA server. That was around 24h ago... so I guess I must wait a bit more.

    Just for information: The email server is completely down and doesn't work, I can't log into the anything in the admin areas of my websites and the server goes up and down, up and down. This is the US server. I've tried to send you a support ticket, but no answer. Please, could you fix the email issue, I can't receive any emails!
    And also, please fix the database issue.
    There's just too many and too often issues here.

    Tia Rockz, i agree Nl server is down for some days. Installatron is disabled in cpanel. They are still awating this to be solved... This shouldn't be that hard to solved.....Anyways, I'll wait for some days, and if there's still no movement, i'll ask for refund.

    We are awaiting Ecatel's Routing issues, if you look around, everyone is having problems with Ecatel. Please wait, Ecatel's support is slow and we've finally got a hold with them, the routing problem should be fixed soon. You see, the IP is pingable but then when it reaches our IP, theres timeouts so we are awaiting, Please we already sent emails to our NL clients and none of this is necessary.
