    I think new members should be able to post in other forums and wait a little less than the time we have to wait to post, I want to make a topic in a certain forum but cant :(

    Well.. you must wait 14 days and that's good.. but I think MAYBE DP could lower that to 7 days.. and DISALLOW sending PM's by newbies.. because the PM Spam is worse than the BST rule...
