US Native Writers Needed

Searching for US natives for creating content.I need more than 4 writers. This is a partnership proposal .We are a team from Romania, and we have premium domain names. So : we give u a domain, we give technical support for it, the best server money can buy, we promote the website, and optimizing for search engines. U only need to write using our tags, and keywords. Payment ? U can put 2 adsense codes on the website, and another 3 affiliate banners ( that doesn`t kill the design of the website), and u get 25% from the sale of the website that will be in maximum 2 years from the starting point. Why ? It`s about content creation, and i want to buy content creation ! Why do you think it`s better in partnership area ? I`m buying content, and the coin for it is the adsense code and a part of the website.
