US media, controlled or free?

    I think it is controlled by the US goverment who doesn't want their people to see the reality , so it shows what they want their people to believe in so they don't have people saying no to what they wanna do.

    Its the most free media on the planet. I am not saying they are asking the questions to be asked every time. They do over sensationalize the news many a times. But over all they do a pretty good job as far as coverage of USA is concerned. When coming to the coverage of the rest of the world, I won't say the same thing. BBC does a much better job when you look at all over the world coverage.

    I love how when media bias is brought up Fox News always gets a mention first before any other news media...The facts with Fox is that their NEWS (which does NOT include Hannity and Colmes, or O'reilly), is actually spot on down the middle. This is what makes them *seem* biased, as all other news organizations lean way leftward (go back and read all of Gtech's sources)...Maybe this is also why Fox News (again, not O'reilly or H &C) is the most watched news channel.
