Hi all,

am thinking of buying a bunch of domains with the .info or .us extensions.

How much more work (in terms of SEO) do these extensions take to rank, Over the top 3 .com.net.org extensions (if any?)

Has anyone ranked highly with a .info.biz or.us extension fairly easily?

 

I don't think extension affects SEO.
I've done fine with .info and .ws but haven't tried .us or .biz yet.
If your audience is international you might not want to use .us

 

Thanks Dreamer, I've bought a bunch of .info's and am testing them... will see how it goes.

 

I also do not think the extension has any bearing on seo.. my friend has a .info domain that is the number one google result for a few searches.

 

Interested as to how this worked out for you since I just bought a .LI extension with an American city name on it.

 

I never try .us and .biz. So i prefer .info..

 

If it's in the US then .us is okay, else probably just .info.
