The midterm elections are fast approaching: The Democrats have much to lose and the Republicans are chewing the bit just to vote - What may be the determining factor will evolve through the Summer. At present the Democrats are the ones under pressure per the daily polling. Any Thoughts?
Apparently the government anticipates some issues. Why else would there be 80,000 troops from the new "civilian army" deployed a month before the upcoming election.
I wonder which army Mr Blog is referring to and their deployment of 80,000 a month - any proximity to the Federal Reserve? ......... By who Jeccles, the just voted out of power Republicans - it will be a long summer for that crowd.
http://www.theworldsprophecy.com/civilian-army-in-the-health-care-bill-what-else-got-passed/ In case you haven't had time to read the entire health care bill, go to http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h3590/text then ctrl f, find 5210 then 203. ( more here ) So in other words, 80k high school dropouts will be ready for a national disaster. Does it make you wonder what they might be anticipating or does it sound cool with you?
A mountain for a mole hill - still a little disturbing and why 80,000 stationed at an existing military base. There already exist enough military etc. to do the job of suppression if that is the intent and everyone knows how easily the (existing) units are motivated. Doing the Tea Party might not be a bad idea.
No, I wouldn't support the teaparty as it has become hijacked. I agree with about 80 percent they stand for, but it's being sold as a redneck get-together dividing the nation further. You see misspelt signs, silly costumes and hear meaningless slogans and at the end of the day nothing was accomplished. In addition, it's not a threat to the lawmakers or high profile lawbreakers I should say, as within the paradigm they are being busy infighting with the left part of the spectrum. Unless Americans realize it's time to unite against the people who drain the nation, I wouldn't support a shill operation like that. At the end of the day everyone goes home, posts pics on facebook and things continue as usual. The teaparty causes division and the same media outlets like Fox selling it do their part in turning it into a meaningless spectacle while their fellow CFR channels like msnbc play the "other side". The only way you can make a difference is by starting a tribe. Seth Godin made great points. If you look at spokespersons, television personalities or self proclaimed activists to do the leading for you, you're lost. The only one who can make a difference for you is you, and until people wake up and listen to their instinct rather than tuning into a network and playing armchair or weekend revolutionists, not a thing will happen. No teaparty for me. Here is a great example for how the media uses a true message to divide the nation even further: There is no racism on the top. Only on the bottom. Unless people start thinking and acting more mature and rational, they get what they deserve. A little playground with new rules. Putting on an Obama mask is not what I consider fighting for our rights. It's what stupid people do when they don't have the skills to verbally express themselves and unfortunately tuning into the teaparty footages all eyes are on the dumbest ones.
Blogmaster: I agree the Tea Party is Red Neck, neo-natzi at heart - hopefully will stub their own toes including Palin's opportunistic use of their platform. Who better than the Gov't to determine the effectiveness of a manufactured intrusion of nature - these type of "conservative" justices have always been the threat to the notion of self determination over the special interests of vested parties that have plagued and caused more harm throughout the history of the US than any other branch of government. A test of whether the previous elections have had any real impact for representative government will be highlighted by the selection of the next Justice - the arguments for and against - the outcomes impact on the midterm elections. The Democrats need to make a decisive stand for inclusive judgments and against vested interests.
I believe that the Republican party will take a few sets from the Democrats. If the democrats get the financial reform to go through it will help them a lot especially if the republicans continue to oppose it. Also the Hispanic voters are pretty round up and demanding that the democrats make true of the presidential campaign promise to pass the immigration reform and if the democrats don't show that they are really trying to make it happened they will loose a lot of Hispanic voters.
Not much time left for either party - The Democrats are beginning to use their majorities in congress to turn legislation that will be beneficial to their cause and re-election where the Republicans definitely have the advantage honing in on voter discontent. The candidates chosen in the coming primaries will go a long way in deciding which party ends up the winner. Immigration reform is a can of worms that may not settle well for anyone whatever the legislation is that passes - hopefully not alienating the Hispanic vote for the Democrats.
Yeah, I think Health Care's getting reversed and tax cuts for ALL Americans will be remaining in place.
Yeah, the American Tea Party Anthem is just so obviously racist.
