    The voting won't actually be over until 9PM Hawaii time (3 AM Wednesday EST), but the media will be announcing a winner pretty soon after 9PM EDT. Depending on voting machine problems, vote counting problems, weird fantasies, the actual official results may not be available for a few weeks.

    The voting ends 9PM EST where I am, and from 7PM or 8PM on, is gonna be all about the election. So find out on your local television stations.
