US domain transfer question

I have been advising everyone to wait 60 days before proceed to a transfer on recently purchased domains, but now I have a similar question.

I registered a US domain at Domainsite but due to a bug on its system I'm unable to setup nameservers correctly and support is unable to help me out, so I thought to transfer it to Dyanadot where I have other US domains running fine.

Domainsite's domain was registered past February 17 so no 60 days have passed by but the whois says this:

    Domain Name: xxxxxxxx.US
    Domain ID: D11928964-US
    Sponsoring Registrar: SPOT DOMAIN LLC
    Domain Status: ok

Do you think I would be able to transfer it now?

Is the US waiting time different than other domain extensions?

    Any thoughts?

Yup so generally it is the same policy as the rest.

Thanks Eddy, then probably the bug on my domains is also affecting the whois showing off a wrong status so I'm will have to wait for two more weeks
