Buying US/Canada based windows RDP account

    i am looking to buy US/Canada based windows RDP account.
    it should be up 24X7. Fast and stable internet connection.

    i wont use much of download or upload. this is mainly for accessing websites.
    wont need more than 10 GB space.

    Will look for cheap good offers.

    note: i am not looking for rdp account in your home PC.

    i just said cause windows vps usually start from 10$/mo with 256 mb RAM

    i could provide that with windows 2008 R2 WebEdition

    Full specs :
    1 CPU Core
    256mb Dedicated RAM
    30gb Disk Space
    1000gb Bandwidth /mo.
    1Gbps Uplink
    1 IPv4 Address

    linux vps are way much cheaper as the OS is free and lightweight.

    Thanks for your suggestions but both the providers doesnt sell windows RDP. i am looking for something around $5 per month.
    its not for hosting and i just need browser installed.
