Buying US/CA/UK Coder AND Designer to a Complicated Screen Sharing Project

    Hello,

    I am looking for 1 person to DESIGN and CODE a somewhat comprehensive and complicated Screen sharing application/website, with webcam integration and with recording features as well.

    I will explain a lot more about the project, if I feel you are capable to doing the job well.

    There will be paid and free users, with different account features.

    This NEEDs to be a professional website, as it WILL be a small business upon completion.

    Like I said in the title, I am looking for an ENGLISH speaking coder, preferably from US/UK/CA. Should have lots of experience in html and php.

    My budget for this project is going to be about $2XX, but we will discuss further (DO NOT PM me if you expect a lot more than this...).

    I am looking to build a good relationship with someone, and build something we can both be proud of.

    Would not mind a company to take the job. Really anyone who speaks fluent english is fine, as long as they can do they job REALLY well.
