Buying US/CA Traffic that can be tracked via Google Analytics

    Looking for US/CA geo-targeted traffic for one of my downloads websites.

    Requirements:
    - traffic must be trackable via Google Analytics (At least 50% please)
    - you must be able to deliver 3000 - 5000 UV per day
    - traffic must show as "direct" traffic (if you can spoof referrer for some portion of that traffic that is good too)
