US bedit card anyone used outside US

    I am going to buy a US bedit card from one the reputed memebr of this forum.And he has mentioned me that the US debit card can be used to withdraw paypal payments anywhere in the world.Anyone got experienced with such card.Ifyou can mention your comments please.Thanks
    The price of the card is 45$ mentioned to me by him.

    Which bank issued that Debit Card and what are the kind of fees that you need to pay per month and per transaction.

    If the card has a Cirrus or Maestro logo at the bank, it can be used on any ATM Machine in the world which supports Cirrus and Maestro to make a withdrawal.

    I think when you withdraw money to your Debit Card, you can use it internationally as you bank said because at that time, you are not under control of PP.

    Welll i am told that its cornerstone community bank issued card, monthly fee 2$, loading fee 3$ and withdrawl fee 3$.
    how is it now.
