I've experienced buying VCC from them more than once (but not bank account), it's been like 3 times I've bought from them now (coz of credit card expiration date which is usually 3-6 months from purchase).

& Yes, it's very easy to verify using their products, and it's done very quickly, especially if the owner is online on YM and she / he can immediately give you the expansion (or expuse) number the moment you submit it through Paypal.
