This is not an easy solution as some are making it out.

As stated above, this program is currently in pilot and available to selected card holders by invitation only.

There are requirements to be met, after that you still have to complete a risk questionnaire and be approved by Payoneer. So as you can see this may not be a solution for everyone.

You can simply go to the any citi bank branches in your country and then you're done! (It's a U.S. bank).

Citibank does not open account for everyone - highly selective - only high net individual and corporations.

 

Why dont you try CITI? They are from US and I bet they have a representative in your contry too.
