I opened a Bank Account with Bank of America, just provided the details - best to call the specific Branch and rep before going in.

if you ready to pay the price. you need to have a passport. there are some virtual banks. they offer for a monthly fee.

do not trust those ads on google. i suggest you make your own search. I say its possible to open leagally from outside US digg. do not pay any$$ for info produts.

This thread is pointless:
You can not apply for personal bank U.S. account without SSN. For business account you have to be Incorporated in USA with Federal Tax ID.
Legitimate banks who will open a personal account for foreigners require you to open it in person and provide a passport and finger prints, per The Patriot Act.
Some banks have parent account systems set up with foreign banks and in that case, you can do it yourself though those banks.

Anything else is fraud, and punishable by law, and you all know it, or else some rogue guy wouldn't be offering services to open one for you..you would just go to the proper channels.

Which makes this thread about illegal activity against the rules of Digital Point.

 

I have seen HSBC provides USA bank account as a offshore service, but we need $1000 initial deposit.
