I think stuff like that is mainly for people who want to "pretend" they're from the US and get verified on PayPal and for other similar activity.

I think this will just be the same old Etrade bank account. Any other bank offered?

 

I don't literally mean pretend but so it may look like they are from the US so they can use PayPal or other financial type services in a way they couldn't.

 

that is for paypal only.... but what is the purpose of using a US bank when i can add my indian bank it in? and what if if paypal ask for bank statement...
