    Is there withholding tax on US payments or is the check or EFT in the full amount with no deductions?

    Naw, Google doesn't withhold money from the adsense checks - its up to you to handle that part when you do your taxes. i heard that if you make less than $500/year from adsense you dont have to report it, but im not entirely sure on that part.
