    Does web hosting account constitutes as US activity?
    If your website is on ther server which is situated in United States.

    What does this have to do with adsense?
    If your site is hosted by a server in the US, your site is in the US.

    i think it may be related to tax information which is required by Adsense.I am not sure what could be another reason of asking that question.
