US $ 100 Adwords credits are lost !!

    I am a member of a hosting company and using its hosting plan.
    According to their promotional messages they give $ 100 free marketing credits for Google Adwords. When i joined the GOOGLE ADWORDS with activation fee and placed the promotional code given by hosting company it did not work.

    Now i am repeatedly sending emails to both hosting company & Adwords Support but each party is asking to contact other's Support team :-(
    Can anybody suggest a solution??

    Check coupon expiry date to make sure that it is still valid. Google, as a issuer of the coupon know best what is the problem, but it seems they do not want to deal with each client individually and expect their partners (hosting companies) to deal with that. So as a direct client of the hosting company, you have to solve the case with them.

    If asking nicely doesn't help I suggest you to do the following. As a client of the hosting company (that have promised/advertised something to you that doesn't work) you have the right to receive it or alternatively you can file official complains with different authorities and even report the case to your credit card issuer with request for chargeback for the non-rendered service. No matter that the Adwords coupon is free, it is a part of the services that you have paid for. I suggest you to contact once again your hosting company explaining the situation, and if this still doesn't work, remind them that it is their obligation to provide you with the service promised (working Adwords coupon) and notify them about your intentions to escalate the case outside of their company. If the company is correct, they will help you without intermediary of third parties.

    In google adward 100$ your hosting company is not envolve it is 100 percent adward offer to use your coupen you must enter your credit card number and in the payment option click post pay and there will be an option like this if you have free coupen click here

    No, you get the credit message even if the account is not activated,if that was the case or else it gives the relevant requirement message. So filling CC details wouldn't help as per me.

    usually they will credit the amount instantly, but sometimes it takes longer then it should, my suggestion to the op is to be patient, hopefully your hosting company will give you a new coupon code to use or some other compensation.
