I wouldn't put too much time in bothering with this hosting company. I PMed them on 7/18 and 2 days went by and they finally read my two pm's. Notice they read them both but didn't bother to respond to either of them. Maybe it was because my last pm I told them don't bother to respond because it's been over 24hrs. If a hosting company doesn't have the time to answer presale questions then why are they posting here selling hosting? If you want someone to buy your hosting at least take the time to respond to their questions. If not just keep posting and ignoring emails, etc you won't sell many hosting accounts that way. You don't take the time to answer presale questions which tells me how good your tech support will be. Since you've only been in business since 9/10 I doubt if you'll be around too much longer doing business this way.

Stating the reason you didn't reply isn't a DP issue and doesn't excuse you or someone else @coolhost.co from replying to my questions. You or someone else didn't read any pm's until til two days later on 7/20. Again putting your email address in a post doesn't prove you don't get pm's from DP. As for asking your clients, who would I ask and actually believe? I've noticed your pricing has dropped to make you more competitive with other hosting companies. You say you've been in business since 2007 but the domain registration says otherwise and anyone can check that out. This next one puzzles me why does your link go to coolhost.co when the logo on the webpage is registered to coolhost.in? Better yet if you've been in business since 2007 didn't you have time to change the link on Coolhost Webhosting.co? Maybe you ought to be checking your PMs instead of giving lame excuses. I wouldn't call a two day response time constantly checking pms. Then to beat all telling another tall tale you've been in business since 2007. You might have been in business since 2007 but it doesn't reflect that in whois records.
