no. that's for the full program (advertiser/publisher) You dont have to pay to join. just register your site in the network. within about 48-76 hours, someone will contact you to set up your publisher code for you to start earning.
so we just register in the community then you email us the ad code ?? and when do you pay and what the minimum ?? thanks
