there is no need for license. and this is new site, that i have run with complete directory structure, you can add, remove categories and sub categories. this directory have rating system.

you can put affilates sites 1st, and banner advertisement. domain name is cool. its nice to start this business.

The site looks very clean but no one will pay you for your scripting work since there are very powerful scripts around here (and it is an empty directory)

Thats the bad site if web developer are selling websites...
