Urls with non-english characters: keep or convert?

Hi, I need some suggestion about a site I'm developing. I'm using Joomla with a SEO plugin and currently is in English, Chinese and Russian.

For the urls of Russian and Chinese sections is better to keep them in their original language or change them to english. For indexing is better to have the url like: mydomain.com/ru/Europe/Russia/ or mydomain.com/ru/Европа/Россия/ or is the same?

I have noticed that some times when copy/paste a url it doesn't keep the cyrillic (or chinese) character but convert them to something like "%A0".

    Thanks

yeah, tricky one this. It will probably make sense to convert in the long run, as these characters will keep popping up.

    Thanks for your reply

So you think that Google will index the urls with %A0 instead of cyrillic characters?
