URLs not found in Webmasters Tool

Hi,

Recently i have renamed some of my pages. Now those old URLs got listed in Google for my targeted Keywords. How can i remove them from Google Ranking and google indexing ?

Help give your suggestions.

You can remove urls by logging in to your Goolge Webmaster Tools Account. Apply 301 redirect to old URLS to redirect them towards new.

If you have renamed title then Google will automatically update them
If changed url, then use 301 redirect
