    As the title states, we are currently offering free link and article submissions to our manually approved directory. Alexa well under 200K and always dropping.

    Have you considered adding a unique and quality template to it?
    Does anyone still care about Alexa ranking?

    I agree with the template.
    Alexa is not that important to me as only webmasters/seo builders/submitters use the toolbar really so its not a good view of the users.
