url, tag, img fields?

hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this or knows of a script that allows me to do this (like in photobucket):



in which there are fields that show the url, tag, img of a specific picture.

and it also has bbcode, <img> and url generation so it's possible right?

if anyone could analyse the script and snippet the part that contains the generation that would be great. or does that even work lolz idk
