What's better for SEO when doing URL site structure?

    Option 1

    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/bluetooth-headsets/specific_bluetooth_headset-review.html

for each product category, the same structure would be used.

    or

    Option 2

    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/headsets/specific-bluetooth-headset-review.html

Would option 1 be considered keyword stuffing in the url? Which is preferred? Any thoughts?

Probably the second because it's more organized with "headsets" imo

    Don't use underscores. Use hyphens.

I think they both look a bit spammy... I would go with

    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/headsets/brand1-model1-headset-review.html
    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/headsets/brand1-model2-headset-review.html
    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/headsets/brand2-model1-headset-review.html
    bluetomorrow.com/bluetooth-product-reviews/headsets/brand2-model1-headset-review.html
    etc.

I agree with Canonical - however, in our experience, too many hyphens and/or underscores are never a good thing. If you're not too concerned about organization, try throwing everything in the root folder -- or 1 sub-folder. The way you have it (2 hyphenated sub-folders + a hyphenated page URL) is definitely pushing towards the spammy side (aka: 'The Dark Side').
