    I'm selling my website http://adhit.me

    Advantage

    - Earned from adsense more than 300€ this month.
    I have removed adsense in case to get the site banned.

    - PR1
    - Alexa Ranking 145K

    - Visitors online can go up to 5000 online
    - more than 200.000 visitors per day.
    - You can sell traffic.
    - You can use affiliations that pay for cpm and to earn a lot of money.

    Disadvantage

    - Most of traffic seems to be fake. members are trying to earn money by sending fake traffic.

    - The script is generating some error.log that overload the server.
    - Need at least a dedicated to support the high traffic.

    The new owner will need to find a developer to optimize the site and to protect it from fake traffic, except if you like the high fake traffic to get ranked in alexa and to earn a lot of money with some affiliation that pay with cpm.
