    Yes.

    What Url shortener does is simply redirect to the affiliate link. So the affiliate link still registers.

    Yes it really works even i use them in all my affiliate product promotion. This helps to keep track of the visitors and the source of my traffic.

    url shortener doesn't change the affiliate link. It just kind of cover it and redirects the user to original affiliate link.
