Url shortener where you pay for advertisements with credits from referrals not money

    I've looked around for some time and haven't found any - an url shortener where you can pay for your advertising with credits earned from referrals.
    I know that such a service exists, because it has been somewhere mentioned, but the author couldn't be reached.

    But it's impossible to pay for campaigns directly with your referral-credits at adfly. You have to pay your campaigns as an advertiser separately using paypal.
    But at Linkbucks you can pay for your advertising with your referral-earnings.
