my articles url structure looks like this one :

    http://www.kol7aga.com/egypt-team/1755-abu-trika-angola.html

    where :
    egypt-team = the category name
1755-abu-trika-angola.html= article title manually translated to english.

i decided to change the article url to include my title keywords in the same language(arabic) so the url will looks like this one:

    http://www.kol7aga.com/akhbar/1763-إقتراب-ظهور-العملة-الخليجية-الموحدة.html
which looks like this in the address bar
    [IMG]

where it unicoded so search engines can read it in arabic
my question is : is this suppose to perform better since im mentioning my keywords in url ?
my second question is : a friend told me that the spiders cant recognize this so it give 404 through google webmaster tools
    is this true ?

If you think most people will be searching for your site's content in English then having English URLs is the best way to go IMO.

Why don't you try it with one new page on your site? Add a page to your site w/ an Arabic URL... build a few links to it, and see if it gets indexed or if it shows up in YOUR Google Webmaster tools as a 404. I wouldn't blindly take peoples word for things. Your friend might have done something slightly differently than you and received drastically different results.

Almost anything you want to know about SEO you can figure out yourself by setting up controlled experiments.
