    i think what your trying to say is, mod rewrite?

    sites like digg rewrite your submissions so that the url is the title of your submission, this helps them when it comes to searching for duplicate posts on their site.

    It is completed using websites that are on a linux server with a .htaccess file, use google to search "how to mod rewrite"
