URL restricted by robots.txt

    I'm trying to resubmit my sitemap but I get error it says:
    URL restricted by robots.txt
    We encountered an error while trying to access your Sitemap. Please ensure your Sitemap follows our guidelines and can be accessed at the location you provided and then resubmit.

    my robots.txt is currently empty so I don't know why it's saying that. My sitemap is located here http://www.deliciousmanga.com/sitemap/
    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi,

    I think you have been submitting a removal request to the webmaster thats why it showing url restricted by robots. Do check in crawler access.

    The problem as I could see in your site map is <lastmod>1970-01-01T00:00:00+00:00</lastmod> This is a Unix epoch time generated when you first created your site map and it never changes. Create a new site map again and then resubmit.
