Do you think / Have you experienced any effect of such placements for PR?

I mean the site is mydomain.com, but links that we are building, are like
    anothersite.com/?redirect=2045
    anotherone.com/?id=7
    another.com/id=4&r=domain.com
    .. and such

I read around some places that adwords have effect on PR, some say no. If adwords have, those type of links should have too.

Well I just got a domain change from www.fantasypc.frih.net to www.fantasy-pc.com for my site, and it does affect.

I am even using a 301 Redirect method for Search Engines to change thier links and db's but it does still affect, if you have a redirect from the main PR page to the new domain, chances are if its parked or added on it can stay the same.

    I hope that helps.

I am not changing my domain name, maybe i couldn't explain well. I am building a new site and getting links from people, but i have a centralized ad system and i am, at first layer tracking inbound hits, so the links i build does not directly hit my domain but the tracking page and than my domain.

I wonder if that kind of links, will have any effect "increasing" my PR for that domain.
