URL Redirection or URL Frame Forwarding

    Q1:What is the difference URL Redirection and URL Frame Forwarding
    .
    Q2:If site.com is frame forwarded with sample.com and i want to remove that, for the url of site.com to be site.com and not sample.com, do i need to 301 redirect sample.com to site.com? and if i dont do that what will be the effect?

    Please help me...thanks:)
