Hii .......i had face one problem..like one of my client he is running car pool forum and his requirement is like his forum has lots of thread like driving from Delhi to gurgaon etc.....nay how Google cached all his thread and now he wants when some one clicks to his thread in SERP not his crawled page open rather than forum registration page will open......

my suggestion was -> redirects all the url to registration page when someone one clicks to specific thread

Ah! Your English is very confusing!!

By the way , you can simply put a java script code to show a register pop-up page or message like it does in digitalpoint forum when
some one visits your forum for first time.

I don't think co.cc can any help you. you have to try .htaccess through this you can redirect all the pages of your site on the single page.

That's very unlikely for you to get those threads rank in Google then when people click on it, it automatically redirects to registration page. Don't know if it is possible and if Google would allow that. Better if you put a link to registration page, or some encouraging words for visitors to register, or else it is very annoying..
