    Without doubt it will be first as I seen with mine blogs with - in between the keyword google gives a better ranking in search engine.

    Number 1 and 3 will both get picked up better than number 2. At least from everything I have read from SEO professionals has said this. Google doesn't much care if the words are separated or not in URLs. Otherwise everyone would have all of their domain URLs hyphenated.

    - and without - is the best..

    but under scroll is never recommended.

    but if it's URL, just simple small letter is the best.. unless u have special meaning to it.

    normal URL rewrite uses -

    so, it's probably better option, but for sub directory, it's best to use www.urdomain.com/spongebob if it doesn't really matter about the capitalizing the letters.
