    Hello Guys/Gals,

If you don't know the answer to this question, please don't reply.

for the url question: If I'm trying to rank for keyterm: Aperture San Diego
would it be better to use:

    http://www.downtown92101condos.com/downtown-san-diego-aperture
    or
    http://www.downtown92101condos.com/downtown-san-diego/aperture

Which one and why? is it better to use a / or - ?

For the title tag question: I'm trying to rank for Aperture San Diego
would it be better to use:

Aperture San Diego Downtown - Aperture Condos & Lofts Real Estate
    or
Aperture | Aperture San Diego Downtown | Condos Lofts Real Estate

which one and why? again, is it better to use / or - ?

    thanks in advance!

    mike

It is better to use a hyphen - compared to / slash because each time you try to create a url with slash / then you need to create a subdirectory.
But with hyphen its not necessary to create a subdirectory. And it would be easy for your site readers to remember a simple hyphened url when compared to urls filled with slash.

For your title tag go with the first option it is more search engine friendly, because the second title
(Aperture | Aperture San Diego Downtown | Condos Lofts Real Estate) as the keyword aperture repeated consecutively which is not a good seo practice and you should make them look as natural as possible or else your triggering the spam filters of search engines which you do not want to happen right.

Aperture San Diego Downtown - Aperture Condos & Lofts Real Estate
    or
Aperture | Aperture San Diego Downtown | Condos Lofts Real Estate

    For URL use the format with " - " instead of ' / '
As the search engines read the hyphen as space.
For example if your url is like

    digipoint/services/content_writer_SEO

the google will read it as Content_writer_SEO

but if u use this format - digipoint/services/content-writer-SEO
The goole will read it as content writer SEO

and for the title of your webpage separate the two different words by the help of " | "
like Condos real Estate | San Diego | Aperture Downtown

    Regards
