I see weird ending url after Abc.com google listing. Can you tell me why it was added and how I can fix it? Ex: Abc.com/#cid=glbc
You could use canonical tags on your home page or return a 404 response for these type of requests. It doesn't affect anything, the url is still only http://www.abc.com/ regardless what comes after and starting with a #.
According to me make URL in wright format and meaningful, As an example, example . com/page1. htm may have well structured meta tags, but the URL in itself provides nothing. But a URL like example.com / on-page seo itself describes the on page content.
Hi, First check if the URL exist, if yes then first you need to fix that on your website. once done, go to "webmaster tools account > optimisation > remove URL" and place your url removal request to google. It will be removed in few weeks from google index.
