    Exactly, you should only be concerned about the length if you want a brandable domain name.

    Get Links, dont worry about domain length. Just dont get a crazy domain like: iwanttorankforthiskeyword.com thats would look a but spammy.

    there is no effect of length. Just add better keywords for better rankings.

    In SEO purpose there is no maximum or minimum length URL but search engine loves static URL.

    Try as short as possible. But, see that the title fits your URL or important keyword from the title fits URL(for internal pages).
